1 can Coconut water
1/2 cup Mango
1 Banana
1 Tbsp Maple syrup
Topping suggestions- *because smoothie bowls already have lots of fruit/vegetables in them I tend to go for more protein rich options for the toppings.
- nuts
- seeds
- nut or seed butter
- coconut shreds
- whatever you have on hand.
2. Serve in a bowl with a spoon and top as desired.
