1 Apple
2 Tbsp. Nut or seed butter
1 Tbsp. Unsweetened dried coconut
3 Tbsp. Currants
Sprinkle of cinnamon
Other topping suggestions-
- Chia seeds
- Hemp seeds
- Dried raisins (look for those without added sugar)
- Dried cranberries (look for those without added sugar)
- Sprinkle of nutmeg
- Chopped nuts
- Cut Apple crosswise.
- Using a small knife cut out the core of the apple.
- Spread nut or seed butter on apple.
- Add toppings as desired.
