1 cup Oats- Gluten Free if needed
1 Banana (ripe), mashed
1 Tbsp Nut or Seed Butter
1/2 Tbsp Hemp Seeds
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
Additional add- ins:
- chia seeds
- unsweetened shredded coconut
- chopped nuts
- Mash banana.
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Form balls on parchment lined cookie sheet. Flatten with a spoon.
- Bake in 350F oven for 15 minutes.
