I had a lot of people tell me how much they appreciated my baby cookie recipe so here is another option.
1 cup. Oat flour
2 Banana, mashed
1/4 cup Fruit (strawberries, blueberries, etc)
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 tsp. Vanilla (optional)
1. Preheat oven to 350F
2. Mash bananas.
3. Add in oat flour, cinnamon and vanilla (if using).
4. Mix in fruit.
5. Drop into muffin cups according to the size you want.
6. Bake for about 15 minutes- use a toothpick to make sure it comes out clean, if needed bake longer (at 2 minute
intervals until done).
