As always, and especially right now, eating healthy foods is helpful for your immune system.
I’ve partnered with California Prunes to talk about one of my favorite pantry items - California Prunes.
Keeping your pantry stocked with a shelf stable item, like California Prunes is a good option. That way, for an easy snack or an addition to your baking, you can easily add them in.
Did You Know?
- Prunes are a source of Vitamin B6 which helps the function of the immune system.
- They are a source of Copper and Manganese which helps protect cells from oxidative stress.
- Source of fibre.
