1 cup Brown Rice
1 1/2 cups Water or stock
1 package Tofu or Tempeh or 1-2 Chicken breasts, diced
1/2 Onion, diced
3 Garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup Broccoli, diced
1/2 cup Cauliflower, diced
1 Carrot, diced
1/2 Red Pepper, diced
1-2 Kale leaves, diced
1/2 Green Pepper, diced
6-10 Snap peas, diced
10 Green Beans, diced
1-2 Celery stalks, diced
1/4 Cup Cashews
1/4 Cup Tamari (Gluten Free) or Braggs
1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
2 tsp Miso paste (mix in 1 Tbsp of warm water)
1 tsp Black pepper
2 tsp Chili powder
2 tsp Cumin
1. Fry tofu (tempeh or chicken).
2. Cook rice in stock.
3. Add onion and fry. Add garlic and vegetables and fry.
4. Add spice and tamari (braggs).
5. Add rice and fry.
6. Add oil and miso and stir.
