1/2 cup Rice Syrup
3/4 cup Nut/Seed butter of choice (or even mix some together)
3/4 cup Nuts/Seeds, chopped
2 cups Puffed Rice (try using brown rice without added sugar or salt)
1/4 cup Shredded Coconut
1/4 cup Cranberries or other dried fruit
- In a saucepan bring rice syrup to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Turn heat to low and add nut/seed butter
- In a bowl mix puffed rice cereal, coconut and nuts/seeds
- Add nut/seed mixture to bowl and stir
- Press mixture into barely oiled baking dish (I use coconut oil)
- Cool in fridge and cut into squares
