1 cup Dried beans (pinto, navy, black, chickpeas), rinsed
1/2 cup Brown rice
6 cups Vegetable stock
1 can Tomato sauce
1/2 cup Spinach, diced
1/2 Zucchini, diced
2 Carrots, diced
1/2 cup Green beans, diced
1/2 cup Corn
2 Celery stalks, diced
1/2 Onion, diced
3 Garlic cloves, minced
2 tsp Italian seasoning
2 tsp Black pepper
1 tsp Herbamare
1. Chop vegetables.
2. Rinse beans.
3. Add everything to slow cooker. Cook on high for 4-6 hours.
