4 cups Brown Rice flour
2 cups Sorghum flour *
1 cup Potato starch
1/2 cup Arrowroot starch
1 cup Tapioca starch
1/2 cup Corn starch
5 tsp Xanthan gum
1. Mix everything together and store in a sealed container.
*I have subbed this with gluten free oat flour and it still worked well.
