1 cup Rice
1.5 cups Vegetable broth
1/2 tsp Black pepper
1/2 tsp Cumin
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
1/2 tsp Onion powder
1/2 tsp Chili powder
2 tsp Nutritional yeast
1 cup Mixed frozen veggies- peas, corn, carrots, beans.
1 cup Beans (dried or canned would work, rinse canned beans, or cook and rinse dried beans ahead of time)
1. Add everything (except beans or egg) to rice cooker and stir.
2. Cook
3. Add beans or egg and serve.
