2 cups. Rice
2 cups. Frozen mixed vegetables
1/2 Tbsp. Turmeric
3.5 cups. Water
3 Tbsp. Butter or dairy free margarine (like earth balance)
1/2 tsp. Herbamare
2 tsp. Cumin
1 tsp. Garlic powder
1 tsp. Onion powder
1/2 tsp. Black pepper
pinch. Cayenne, if desired.
1. Add all ingredients into rice cooker and stir to mix.
2. Cook according to your rice cooker.
